HOW TO START

Submit a RFQ (Request For Quote) by filling out the form. The more detailed your specs would be, the easier would be to produce the final product you like.

After receiving the quote from Arrow Globe, if you have any questions we will gladly give you the necessary recommendations for printing. Then we sign the Purchase Order.

After signing the Purchase Order, we will be looking forward to receiving the files and downpayment. If you need any help with preparing files, we can assist you

As soon as we receive your files, we review and prepare them for printing. You will receive the ready-to-print files (proofs) to make sure no changes required. Once you approved the files, they are to be sent to print

You will be kept well informed on the status of your job and updated once a week throughout the whole process. Also, you will receive videos and photos from the production so that you can be sure of the final result.

After shipping the books, you will receive a tracking number which you can use to track your order. We offer direct lines to the U.S. (3 or 5 weeks), Israel (1 week), and all around Europe (3 to 14 days).

After the arrival of the books to the port/terminal of destination, you will be informed in advance of the delivery time and date to your office or warehouse.
